OUR STORY - where it all began

Garden Grove Haulage began with an idea and a 23‑year‑old who believed it could work.

In the early days, Garden Grove Pty Ltd operated as a landscape supply business in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. Bulk materials were delivered into the yard by external contractors.

​

Brad Carraill saw an opportunity. By bringing the inbound bulk freight in‑house, the business could gain greater control over reliability, timing and service while strengthening supplier relationships and supporting long‑term growth.

At just 23 years of age, Brad convinced his father to back the vision. Together they purchased their first truck – a 1996 CH Mack – and Garden Grove Haulage was born.

From those early days of running a single truck, the business has steadily grown into a professional bulk transport operation supporting major industries across Australia.

Today, under the leadership of Brad Carraill and a dedicated management team, Garden Grove Haulage operates a modern fleet delivering bulk transport solutions across mainland Australia
